I live in the country surrounded by Tennessee which has have it's biggest drought in over a hundred years.I enjoy a water ably which went dry contained by the beginning of summer due to the certainty that a new neighbor in the vicinity me dug a deeper well & resting on the drought took my water supply.I hold not had running river since around June.I've been toting hose down in containers fund & forth from work since then.The problem is that I cannot gain a bank loan & I've checked near the city mayor about getting a forfeit which he says in that is no grants for this type of article.I don't know where to turn anymore.None of the in good health digging companies have financing.Are in that any other sources I can turn to for getting the finances to help me get hold of water?The individual thing that I guess I am obliged for is that it's just myself living here & I don't hold a family to be burdened near this.Any advice or anything advantageous is appreciated.Thank you.
