Low boiler pressure and leak radiator? I had my boiler fixed a few months ago (lots of problems...

I had my boiler fixed a few months ago (lots of problems next to plumber used) and afterwards it leaked marine a couple of times but kept working but with much lower pressure than previously. However last darkness I discovered that the left spout on the heated towel rail contained by the bathroom was leak. I managed to stop this leak but now the right appendage side is leaking.

Are the low pressure and the overflow linked even though the pressure have been low for a couple of months already and the seep just appeared? Any suggestions how to fix it minus getting another really expensive plumber out? I don't want to go rear to the previous people as they be useless.
Answers:    is the gauge that read "low pressure" at the radiator or at the boiler. if its at the boiler, you can increase the pressure with the control tap. BUT!! this will increase the rate of leakage everywhere you have them.

1. is this a hot marine radiator system or is it a steam system?

in hoary steam furnaces, the steam rose to the radiators, where it condensed and made the radiator hot. the condensed wet then flowed down to the boiler and be reheated.

2. in hot wet systems there is commonly a pump that drives water throught the system. if the pump is infirm maybe it wants replacing. or it could be the pressure control valve that transport water out to the radiators.
