Loss of Home Water Pressure? Closed valve to city hose when removing sink. Mistakenly opened...

Closed valve to city hose when removing sink. Mistakenly opened faucets throughout the house when sea pressure was cut past its sell-by date. When I re-opened valve to city river, I get no marine pressure throughout the house. I think I lost pressure within the house. How can I restore pressure? Don't think anything broke loose within the valve.
Noticed steam coming from the furnace vent surrounded...
