Lightbulbs Keep Burning Out? Ok, so ever since I moved into my apartment (about 5 months...

Ok, so ever since I moved into my apartment (about 5 months ago) I have be having to replace lightbulbs at tiniest twice a week. Most of the time it was contained by this one lamp from Ikea, so I get a different one and a new bulb, plugged it surrounded by, and viola it burned out the next light of day.
Now lightbulbs aren't very expensive, but a couple weeks ago, the reading light in my monitor blew out too (luckily it be still under warranty). I call the electric company and they checked everything outside the apartment and said that it wasn't being cause by them. So I called the tenant and they sent out an electrician who came over today and couldn't find anything wrong near the outlets and told me my lightbulb problems were lately a coincidence...
I don't believe him. So does anyone out there enjoy any idea what may be cause this?? So far I've been lucky, but if my tv or something burns out, I'm screwed.
Answers:    You may enjoy a loose or corroded neutral nouns. This may be on the premises or out on the transformer. Get ahold of the electrician and ask him if he checked for that. He should have checked for current on the system grounding electrode conductor. And should own checked for a loose neutral on that circuit.
I work contained by a lighting store be sure the bulbs are screwed in tight also don't buy cheap bulbs. You may want to phone you own electrician.
