How do you cause the house foundation stronger?
Answers:    Sounds like your nonpartisan wire surrounded by the circuit may be loose. This is the white wire surrounded by the circuit. When it's loose the voltage to he bulb is not properly regulated to 120 volts.
Pipes stink?
Sounds like you might own bought a bad delivery of bulbs. Very scary - I'd replace them adjectives with suitable quality ones.
