Answers:    Find a shut stale valve, any just lower than the supply line going into the reservoir or even the water shutoff for the house.

Then loosen the nouns, add some Teflon video and re tighten it. Go to Ace hardware and talk to a salesperson roughly speaking how to wrap the tape correctly. Shouldn't be more than $1.50.
