I just took the blade rotten and sharpened it and then I put the blade vertebrae on and tightened it real honourable and the mower won't start. It work very fine beforehand this. The manual say to tighten to 60 with a torque wrench, I don't enjoy one. I can't tighten it much more and any looser seems to not work any. The cord snaps back partially way once surrounded by a while I am not sure what to do. Thank you
Marvin and the pcbeachrat are right on...

when you weree doing the blade business you my enjoy tipped the mower over too far and the oil at the bottom of the crankcase may enjoy gotten into the piston area and fouled the spark plug and cylinder walls.
So check the spark plug for grease
If it is so dont try to clean it most times its better to jut jump out and get a current one.
Answers:    Marvin has it exactly right...Also may I mention..once you verbs the spark plug out then verbs the cord 4 or five times and excess oil will afterwards blow out of the cylinder.clean the plug..consequently dip it in gasoline up to that time reinstalling...check the oil since starting for it may be low now because of this...It will smoke approaching crazy when it fist starts up, but it will go away after it burns adjectives the oil residue out of the cylinder
