i have a toro SR4 Super Recyler when i verbs the pull string it turns but wont start and the string go slack and some oil and a bit of gas spits out of the muffler

It sounds like the best you can hope for is a blown principal gasket. Could be a hole in the piston. For your sake I hope its lower than warranty.
