I tried something else and it worked . There is a rubber holes about 6 inches long and the marine comes out into this tube, well I pulled it out and agree to it just run contained by the tank.
It stop running, so do this tight-fisted it is still leaking out and lately keeping it full?
Answers:    That hose is intended to fill the bowl next to water as the cistern refills after flushing.

If river is still coming out of that tube, after the tank is chock-a-block and the inlet valve have shut off, consequently the inlet valve is defective.

If river is leaking into the bowl, afterwards the problem is in the ballcock or "flapper" (flush) tap or the valve form. You can test that by putting some food coloring into the cistern and then departure it for a few minutes - if the color appears in the bowl, you involve to fix the flush valve.

(BTW, don't use red food coloring if anybody else lives within the house, because if you forget to tell them, and they see what appears to be blood contained by the bowl... well, you attain the idea!)
If the river keeps coming out of the Hose, than more than expected the Ballcock assembly has some build up within it. Most of them you can take the tops sour and flush out. You can find out how to do this on most plumbing websites. It's really easy to do.
