Landlords who won't fix broken window, But will ask for money how far can they jump?
When I moved in to my apartment two years ago hotelier say's she will change kitchen porthole,( broken wil not close) . I'm to pay her eletric, my eletric comes from the bilding we share duplicate box, and I have no roast in my apt. So I've not remunerated her for electric, we keep going backbone and forth,she say's were's my money I say were's my porthole. I'm going on my third year in my apt.I would similar to to see this come to a close. And when I do call her for something close to my apt. flooded I can't get a hold of her. This could jump on so I'm stoping here for now. Thanx so much..........

so long as you retribution your rent the landlord have to keep it up and working , you should hope legal backing cause you are getting screwed .
