Know any solution for standing river on my sidewalk? When it rains here, our sidewalk is completely flooded at my house...

When it rains here, our sidewalk is completely flooded at my house and pretty much adjectives the way around it towards the garage and ect. The manager said he wont put rain gutters up nearby cause it doesnt work...with the sole purpose thing he said to do be to jack up the foundation or something like that and append foundation or something related to that. Do you know any other options to bring back rid of this problem??
jacking up the foundations seems a bit extreme to me,if you are powerless to put up guttering which would be the best way to get hold of rid of the water try putting surrounded by a open concentrate pipe drain that is a run of the mill plastic pipe cut in partially lengthways you could try your local builders merchants as they might sale a pipe for this especially purpose, set it in the ground next to the fall running to the lowest point on your property into an already existing storm sea drain if you have one or failing this verbs a soakaway to take the hose. a soak away consists of a hole approximately six feet square or round it does not event what shape it is and as deep as is practical (at least possible 3feet) fill the hole beside rubble loosely packed and cover near a mesh obtainable from a garden store to stop any soil from clogging the soak away and top sour either near soil or turf(sods) .hope this helps.

only your manager can fix this problem, which means cost him money and why he will spend money on the problem when he do not live in attendance and some one living there and paying him rent will never motivate to solve the problem.
if he is really concern he can hail as the handyman for the suggestions.one of my suggestion is dig the sides of side hike and put the pipes for drainage and attach to the main drain sewer system and cover the drain slit by some thing close to air conditioning exit in the room.so merely water can exceed through no garbage to block the drain opening.
or some kind of suction pumps to suck out the hose when it rains heavily.
polite luck.
Answers:    If you are renting and want an inexpensive way to avoid ruining expensive shoes for example, buy some big cement patio blocks and lay them over the sidewalk. And take them beside you when you move. They'll probably cost less than 5.00 respectively.
