We checked both light switches near multi meter, and both switches were acceptance power. Of course, no new lighting bulb works. Check power of wires going into the ceiling light: revealed intensely little power. Any ideas out in that?
Answers: Sounds like a loose nouns. If you have checked the connections on both switches and the wispy fixture itself there is probably a T-junction box between that needs to be checked for loose connections.
