Kitchen Faucet Grit? We are getting a white grainy substance to be exact clogging...

We are getting a white grainy substance to be exact clogging the filter in our kitchen faucet. Have drained the wet heater but that does not come across to do anything. Any help?
Sounds resembling you have giant calcium deposits in your sea or sand particles. Maybe a dampen filtration system geared toward filtering the calcium can be an alternative. A vinegar soak usually works well on breaking up the deposits and melt them. Try placing a freezer bag near enough vinegar to cover the the filter and tolerate soak over night while tied to the faucet. The subsequent day, rinse. If this doesn't serve, remove the filter with a wrench and shake out the deposits. Maybe this site will be adjectives. Good Luck!

This could be several things. First off - Are you sure its solitary the kitchen faucet thats having the issue?

It could be frozen water - A hose softener would fix.

It could also be bad anode rods on your hot wet heater. Replace the rods or replace the hose down heater. if the hose down heater is over 10 years infirm it may be on its last legs.

It could be sediment within your water supply - Add a sediment filter to your marine supply.

Those are the three things I can think of bad the top of my head. They are contained by order of most to smallest likely.
Answers:    Remove the faucet filter, consequently put a bucket or large mixing bowl within the sink. Run the cold water ONLY into the bucket for a while to see if the rough stuff settles in it, after dump the bucket and do the same next to the hot water ONLY. If the coarse stuff comes from both sources then its NOT from something scheduled in the marine heater. If it solely appears with the hot wet, then it is probably cause by corrosion happening surrounded by the hot water kiln. Maybe the anti-electrolysis element surrounded by the heater is failing and the boiler is self-destructing. Are your pipes galvanized metal? If so, the zinc(galvanize) could be corroding due to unusual ph values of your river. Are you on your own well or community marine?
