Back in Dec. It have a HUGE backyard, and that means near is alot of fencing surrounding the yards.( we hold 3 nieghbors connected with the fence) It is contained by pretty bad shape, both nieghbors to the support and left hold children and dogs that love to rip the planks out to get to our dog. Causing holes everywhere. I know one a homeowner it is part my responsibility, but isn;t in that another way, since the problem be there process before we moved surrounded by? So I guess I'm asking, shouldn't the other nieghbors pay for most? I chew over goin in on halfs is fine. I lately thought there might be another solution. Any suggestions will be great . Thanks contained by advance.
Answers: I construe your best choice is to call a fencing company and capture a bid on how much it would cost for a new wall. Ask him if he could find the property pins for you. Every residential lot has them ,he may find them for you, he may not depending on how enthusiastic he is. If he wont you may need to hail as your local city hall to enjoy surveyors come out and find the lot pins then you should know how to identify if the fence is even on your grassland. If it isnt there isnt much you can do around it except put your own fence up to cover up nearby ugly paling...hope this helps...biddable luck!
I think the best approach is to not get hold of litigious and follow the good neighbor policy of paying for partly. Even if they were responsible for the majority of the incapacitate the goodwill outweighs the money.
