I assume that you are discussion about a lawn tractor and that you hold an electric pto clutch. It is bolted to the crankshaft. One bolt through the center. It also has a couple of wires attached. Just like pulleys it may embezzle some tapping to get it rotten. Are you sure it is bad? They can be adjusted. Are you sure it is getting power? They cost between $2&300.00. I would want to be sure it be really bad before I replaced it.
