Jet hip bath inoperative? Have not ever used this jet tub, just attempting to power on...

Have not ever used this jet tub, just attempting to power on for the first time today. It is Lasco bathware squirt tub, locatedon the second floor. I could not locate any motor, power switch, or any other switch for that matter. I did find two hoses beneath the sink located next to the tub. The hoses were connected to some pull/push knob to close and expand what I don't know. When the jet button is pushed on the tub zilch happens. .I own heard the tub craft some sort of humming noise after I enjoy played with the hoses and shot button. Although I'm not sure what is making the noise nouns off. What could this tub call for? Where might everything be located? The tub in subsequent to the shower and sink on the second floor. Help! Thx.

Answers:    There should be a removable panel in the tubs surround to access the mechanicals below the tub. Look for it. Also, your only going to seize a hum until you fill the tub to the minimum operating rank. It cant jet the sea until it can intake the water.
