Hello everyone, we have a jacuzzi within our bathtub which have 2 buttons to turn it on: one is a switch next to our muted switches that must be activated so you can press the button i.e. next to the tub. One time, when trying to turn it rotten I pressed the button on the tub and the button went down and would not come rear legs up, so the jacuzzi remained on as long as you flipped the switch by the lights. Now, the button is still stuck down, but when you flip the switch, the air jet do not come on. I can't find a manual anywhere, so I be wondering if you guys had a similar setup...any assist?
Answers: The jacuzzi should have a gfci protecting it. It possibly a breaker or an gfci outlet. Sometimes these are put somewhere close to the tub, like a closet or toliet nouns. Also if you can take the side of the tub to check the motor, that switch thats is stuck is a airswitch. Check and see if the little hose is still connected to the switch and to the little control box that the motor plugs into.
Your Jacuzzi should own a GFCI switch for it. Check that this is reset. Do you have power at adjectives to the jacuzzi? Check your fuse panel. One possibility is that the switch is bad on the wall. If you own a voltage tester, you can check that you have liquid coming to the switch.
