It's from the Elvedon B&Q range and the panel that I hold broken is about 260x950x5mm. Does anybody know if a). I can even carry a replacement (with pattern) and b). how much will it cost?

Answers: You can get any chalice made to fit any shape.
For a door, it will need to be toughened (building rules)
Phone your local chalice merchant - see yellow page?
Tell them the size and ask about the option for a pattern.
Its one and only lb50 for the whole door! - it I don`t know cheaper to buy a door and scavange the glass out of it.

You should be able to receive glass cut to size from any glazier, they may own to get them to decree the pattern for you.
