a 5 months ago my roof TV aerial fell sour into my garden, i phoned up a company and explained what had happen they quoted me lb30 for repair when the engineer arrived he said it would cost lb80 for repair i refuse to pay that and offered lb40, he fixed the receiver, 2 months later the satellite dish fell off again but i be still recieving a signal so didn't worry something like it until i found it in my garden yesterday, the point is the aerial is covered contained by black tape which wasn't within before so i remunerated lb40 for him to stick it on with cartridge, i phoned the company today and they said that i would have to rate more money to have the article fixed i refused but the arrange reported (on the 1st visit)that my aerial be in bleak shape (which it isn't) and that i would need to replace it so my gurantee isn't worth anything which resources another lb80, what can i do? i've tried speaking to the company and got nowhere and im not giving them anymore money please serve
Answers: try a different company, report the company to trading standers, sticking an aerial beside tape is discouraging, and paying a fee of forty pounds is daylight robbery.
