$4900 includes:
1)tear out complete - including cabinets and subfloor
2)pour 10 footers and sister 10 joist due to slope from deterioration (includes wood)
3) replace subfloor 12x14 (includes subfloor)
4) install cabinets (i already bought them 14 total)
5) install sink and counter (i already enjoy these)
5) replace 4 outlets
6) run plumbing for dishwasher / install also
7) move plumbing to accomodate new placement of sink
8) install bright switch and light to balcony connected to kitchen
Contractor was reccomended by a family circle member who have similar work.....
Answers: That's a great quote...So beware, That much work should cost around 10 grand! Get a completion date and a cost over ride statement.
I asked my husband (who is a builder) and he said that's a terrific estimate.
