Ok, so I need some reassurance that we did the right item. We just signed for a contractor to come within an replace our entire roof for $9,000 (includes everything). We went next to a GAF/ELK 30 year shingle with the complete GAF system, including drip fold, Ice and Water Shielf, replace stacks, valleys and vens, step flashing around chimneys and along walls, Cut contained by and Install New Cobra Vent on Ridges. The roof is 22 squares. This price includes material, labor, dump fees, dumpster, warranty, taxes, final clean up and warranty. We live in St. Paul, MN.
