I just moved into a foreign home in northern North Dakota, where on earth it is seriously cold. The driveway's cement is just a few months aged. All the driveway salt that I hold found says it is not for use on trial concrete (as it can crack more easily). Does anyone know if there is a product available that will de-ice untried concrete? Thanks for your help.
Answers: I am fortunate to never see freezing weather especially often but as a common person I would suggest using new unused Kitty Litter might work because it will set aside traction for your tires, sort of like highway crews spread sand on roadways. It won't thaw out the snow and when the ice is gone it'll pretty much blend surrounded by with the driveway after it's crushed and run over.
