Is my AC coil really creating flaky dust? When I turned my heating system on for the first time, this...

When I turned my heating system on for the first time, this white flaky bits and pieces came out of the vent. I thought maybe it be exposed dry wall in the vent or something. The heating/cooling system technician came and said the following.

"When you hold your AC on, the dust passing through the vent sticks to the AC coil because the coil is wet and cold. When you turn your steam on, the coil dries out and the dust on the coil starts flaking off. That's what you're seeing coming out of the vent. All you can really do to ease this problem is transmute your filters every month and quit the system on Circulation to get more filtration. The reality that your home is new and there's profusely of construction in the nouns will also make this problem worse because there's a great deal more dust in your system."

Is he recitation the truth? Has anyone else had this problem?

I've used AC and Heat surrounded by the last 5 weeks (Houston weather dips and soars contained by the Fall), and the flakes come every time the heat comes on.
In the Sinai we saw flaky material, mostly frost flakes, vent out from the room air-conditioners,, when you switched from cool mode to heat mode. it looked approaching snow, and maybe specifically what you see.

Yes, he is right. During construction, adjectives sorts of crap gets inside the vent, and the builders don't adequately verbs them after all the "dust" have settled.
There is always and odor and refuse especially when switching from HEAT to COOL or vice-versa.

Changing your filters every 3 mos. or so keep both you and your system healthy.

I'm also a aficionado of "FAN" in the on position at adjectives times. It helps hold your home a nice even temperature short spikes, and if you have an electronic nouns cleaner, it will maintain the extreme level of nouns purity.Contrary to popular belief, it is inexpensive to run your fan adjectives the time, and does not wear out faster, the continuous momentum helps it run easier, and avoids pouring loading on start up, and "flat spotting".

Regular filters are cheap, and if you go and get electronic, clean it monthly, it will later longer, and you'll be happier with sweet verbs air for your home and friends!!
