Answers:    There should be insullation on top on the ceiling wallboard. If it is not there, the wallboard become as cold at the temperature within the unheated attic. When the warm moist nouns comes in contact next to the cold ceiling, the moisture condenses. You need to hold more insullation blown in nearby without covering up the freshening vents contained by the soffits. If you do, you will be very downcast in the summer.
