The newer furnaces have a oxygen censor when near is not enough fresh nouns the furnace shuts down. It is a safety part to prevent fueling fires or allowing natural gas to build up. Is your furnace surrounded by its own dedicated room? Try disappearing the door open. If it keep running you do not have plenty fresh air to operate the furnace
