Im thinking in buying a flat subsequent to a dual carriageway. The lounge window scene goes directly to it and I thought I could block that windowpane and open a unsullied one on a side (residential road). Its an open plan living kitchen. So, it'll be one skylight in the kitchen nouns and other one next to that (little corridor between the lounge and kitchen) I dont know if I going to have troubles getting consent having two window in the kitchen are and none at the lounge.
