like the pink fluffy fiberglass stuff contained by the crawlspace is it bad to spend like mad of time in a room full of it?
Answers:    It surely isn't honest for you. But if it's only a stopgap exposure you'll probably get by newly fine...

The insulation is made of tiny particles of fiberglass, which can be irritating to your body (including feeler, throat, lungs, eyes, and skin for sure).

As another person mentioned, buy some mask from the hardware if you plan to be exposed for more than just a few minutes here or at hand. Wear long sleeve clothing (if you can tolerate the heat).

When you shower, I recommend (from experience) using cold water. If you use heat or hot water it will effect your skin to expand and the pores in your skin to open out up allowing the tiny fiberglass fibers to get within and cause you to itch for a while longer.
If you be an insulator and you worked with it every time for years, it could prove to be harmful. If you are remodeling or building a house, or are individual occasionally exposed to it over the course of a few hours or even days, it won't hurt you. If you're worried about it, there's a simple solution. Go to the local hardware, buy a box of those goofy looking white treatise face mask with the rubber decoration strap on them, and wear one while you're working with it. I would recommend covering up adjectives exposed skin as well because fiberglass insulation can grounds minor skin irritation and itchyness. If you don't want to do that, just clutch a shower after you're done working with it. Hope this answers your quiz.
