I noticed a small dribble under my kitchen sink and call a plumber to have it checked; He said that might be something that I have to replace; and that it could be a costly repair; I asked an approximate price and he "wouldn't guess" I then told him to phone call him the next year. Soon after he left I notice a lot of leak. I dried the under sink and looked below neath; I tightened the u-shaped pipe. The leakage stopped. I bet the plumber made it worse--. I very soon see a darker bits and pieces under my sink. Could that be mold? and is at hand any thing I can do on my own? Please assist

dont let him stern in. put a tub under the trap(u shaped pipe)if in that is mold wash next to bleach and dry it very ably.even better is to take out the moldy piece.of cupboard,drywall what ever it is.no it shoulnt be expensive. any handyman can do it.
