There is this srew that must have be tightened by a machine. And I be straining and pulling with my ratchet and socket to loosen it but its on wayy tooo tight. I tried wd-40 and that did not work. So is in attendance a power tool they can loosen it. Do they sell power ratchets at hardware stores that can be put on power drills.
Answers:    Well, everyone else have given you info on powered ratchets and impact drivers... just to cover the ground tho, here are a couple of links...

Several brand identify air powered ratchets - http://www.nolansupply.com/superpow.asp?...

An article on impact wrenches - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impact_wren...

Some electric impact drivers - http://www.dewalt.com/us/products/tool_d...

And ... Ive get a question that I havent see anyone else mention .... you didnt tell us WHERE this 'screw' is located...are you convinced it isnt supposed to 'unscrew' in the conflicting direction? Some bolts, nuts, screws, etc... DO loosen by turning them clockwise. For example, bolts that hold some sawblades surrounded by place, mower blades, screws that hold chucks on drills...basically to name a few...

Good Luck
What you call for is a hammer impact tool. They get rid of them at auto parts stores. This tool has a square drive any 3/8s or 1/2 inch. It comes with both phillips and straight screw tips. It get it's torque by holding it by twisting the handle and later hitting the end next to a hammer.
