Have been using system for a month and adjectives of a sudden the white plastic piece on the bottom of the back-flow preventer is leaking moderately steadily. I stuck my finger up to put pressure on it and I can feel some pressure. Is in that a seal of some sort that I am not aware of? How come it a short time ago started? I know that last interrogate seems a bit lame. Any help out would be appreciated

I know of a brand heading that makes them for domestic wet lines on entrance to buildings. by looking on line for the brand first name and finding it in their product procession you can get a break down of parts and assembly. They adjectives have Strainers, and seal, "O" rings and gaskets. they also have go back to the beginning kits next to instructions.
