I am asking this question again because associates are assuming things not in the question. 1) The house is not built yet; 2) Dont verbs about building permit because this house is in asia; 3) I cant use wood at adjectives due to moisture and termites (not even redwood as its not available)

ok.....here goes.......
I enjoy a new cement block house. I simply want to insulate it from the OUTSIDE not the inside. Nothing I have found is well-mannered enough because any it requires re-caulking or could break or could mold, etc. I think that the solely way to insulate it in need maintenance is to build a cement wall to surround my house next to a pocket between the 2 walls with insulation. My cross-question is this......

What is the best way to insulate it from the OUTSIDE?
Answers:    Apart from existing answers simply thing i know of is to build a double concrete block walls beside an air cleft between the two walls. An air space is a good insulator , ie double glazing of window
they DO make a hose proof, mold proof, paint that will insulate (somewhat) but maybe what you really involve is some foam (styrofoam sheets or if the wall is going to be under some dirt, draw from some of the spray on type...) You can try one of the new stucco's (if you know how to apply it..) You can also receive sheets of vinyl to apply to the outside (or inside)(making sure you have some mold proof paint on formerly.)
Always make sure theres some hose down proofing on the cement blocks before you try anything else.
