Installing rough contained by stopcock? I live in the boonies and getting a plumbing is tough....

I live in the boonies and getting a plumbing is tough. I want to install a rough contained by valve - deck mount (Moen) and simply find limited instruction surrounded by the box and online. Any one have detailed instructions for install on 1/2 inch fiberglass deck for Roman Tub # 4999. I presume I can sweat connections together prior to fitting them into the deck and then install up through the deck, etc ?
Water leak from below the bathroom sink?
Answers:    Yes you can of late make sure the nuts can freely be set where on earth you need them
