We live in Broome County NY. Our toilet have been overflowing every time it's flushed for 2 days in a minute. We called the tenant over 24 hours ago, who said she would let the handyman know as soon as he got subsidise. Six hours later, we be still unable to use our one and simply toilet. We called her several more times throughout the evening beside no return calls and still no handyman. Is the innkeeper required to fix this kind of article? It seems close to an emergency situation to me, having no toilet. The toilet have been quite slow since we moved in a month ago, but since it be still taking everything down, I wasn't too worried about it. Anyone know?
It's not your toilet--it's his and he is responsible for repairing it. I'm not sure who you could file a complaint beside in New York, but I would visualize that the city/county health department would run a dim view on an disregarded sewage problem. Good luck to you!
