I'm powerless to fire a lighter??????? HELP pls? i dont smoke & i don't want to, but when i want...

i dont smoke & i don't want to, but when i want to light the lighter, no nouns. i push the little wheel down & press that button article (& i try doing those 2 things at the same time). adjectives i hear is a quiet flame boom (with an odour) but see nothing. how do you properly lighting it to make a FLAME? what am i doing wrong? (plus there's soft inside the lighter...why?)

Answers:    In one quick motion, roll the reins towards the switch with your thumb, and afterwards press the switch. Repeat if necessary. You own to be kidding though...lol.
