PS I'm not swimming surrounded by it until much later, I lately need it to stay blue and I don't enjoy money what should I do?
Answers: salt will not hurt your filter. but it wont give a hand the condition of the pool paint. here is what i suggest.
1. get a container of chlorine from the hardware store $20.00
2. carry a pH tester $10.00
3. add the chlorine to the sea and run your filter.
4. wait 30 to 60 mins to audition the pH.
then you will own a pool that you can swim in.
