I'm moving to an old institution house that is immediately turned into apartments. It still has chalk boards within it. How can cover the chalk boards? I want to paint them black. Do I need to cover them up near first with something and after paint them? & also what kind of paint? Semi shiny black or what? Any help will be great

Answers:    re-paint them beside with chalkboard paint. next you can draw on it, use colored chalk and draw a nice picture.
