Im Having Trouble next to my outlets? For this holiday season I decided to put up christmas lights, and...

For this holiday season I decided to put up christmas lights, and I did adjectives from my garage circuit outlets. They worked fine for about a week and consequently they went out. None of the outlets are working, and I hold checked them with a multimeter. That lead me to check my circuit breaker and I replaced the 15 amp breaker with another 15 amp breaker. Nothing is stirring! The day the lights go out there be heavy precipitation, also I have a refrigerator on the circuit, basically to let you know.

I entail a solution to what is causing this problem, and what i can do to fix it. I am pretty well-versed on the subject of electricity and circuits. So please HELP! THANKS
Answers:    First, try and move your refrigerator to a different circuit. Then inspect adjectives of your wiring for the Christmas lights. Make persuaded there is no track for the plugs to get sea in them. You can reposition them or wrap them contained by plastic wrap to keep the moisture out. Water leak in on a changeable day can smoothly short out the entire circuit. Even If the water get in at hand when the lights are off it can short the lights when they come on. Pay special attention to any plugs or junction that are on the ground.
you have to check the braker box.sounds close to you just blew a fuse..its a metal box somewhere surrounded by your basement.you will know it when you see it. should be a metal box beside a door on it.it should just be a event of flicking a switch :) merry christmas! try unplugging a sting of light.it may newly be too many amps for the outlet
