Because everytime I touch it I get a distasteful little shock, or when I touch the light switch. It hurts too, it similar to f----ing door.

Answers:    Use a dryer sheet and a rubber leash cover the knob with the sheet and use the rubbber company to hold it on.

Is your doorknob metal? Electricity passes through metal. When you enjoy to open the bathroom door or turn on the pale, wear plastic gloves so the electricity can't pass through your body.
I used to return with shocked when I touched the lightswitch outside my house. It hurt really bad :)
