hi, thanks for taking the time for reading my problem,okay it all started when my dad hooked up a ridgid vaccum contained by the same electrical out agree to of a refridgerator in the underground store.after he used it the he turned it off.leter he tried turning it on but it didnt turn on.the he realize that many other electrical outlets surrounded by the house dont work, i tested if they had any electricity but nought at all.i later went fund to the basement and saw that adjectives the breakers are on and they are all moral and working,. so what could be the problem,how can i fix it,please help.

Answers:    hello there ..this is electricity's friend here ... first i would turn past its sell-by date all the breakers to see if they are tripped ... that scheme to fully turn off ...after turn them backagainst....that includes the main breaker too
i would suggest that the fridge be on it's own circuit breaker as very well as the vaccuum cleaner be on it's own breaker ...this requires the skilled touch of a electrician
Can you put up a integral roof contained...
Sometimes a breaker will look like it is on and be surrounded by triped position.So, did you turn each breaker offmthen on to reset them?? Try that first
