If I cut the river supply to house do I have need of to turn sour hot hose down radiator? Cut the water supply and I can hear the hot hose heater...

Cut the water supply and I can hear the hot hose heater making hullabaloo. Will I damage it? I needed to turn stale water because of a busted pipe and I can't find a switch that turns past its sell-by date power just to hot dampen heater.
Answers:    For safety's sake yes, turn sour the hot water electric fire.

If you can't find the switch (it's prolly a breaker in the breaker box/load center), turn past its sell-by date the power to the house.

If the water drains from the hot hose down heater while it's still on, you could be forcing a R/L audition of the T&P valve.
