i have a kenmore coldspot refrigerator that stopped making rime. i changed the water filter, but it still doesnt work the hose side works fine just not making rime anymore. it is 2yrs old any info on what i can lok for is greatly appreciated.

If that's not the problem, sometimes the incoming water procession freezes up and won't let marine flow into the ice initiator. Try shutting the refrigerator off and consent to the freezer come up to room temperature for an hour or two (if you own a portable cooler, put the frozen stuff in at hand until you're done defrosting).

THE MOST COMMON PROBLEM IS THE FREEZER TEMPERATURE IS TOO HIGH. MEASURE IT WITH A THERMOMETER AND LET US KNOW. +10 DEGREES WILL PROBABLY MAKE ONE TRAY EVERY 6 TO 10 HOURS. SHOULD BE 0 DEGREES F. OR LOWER.
