I moved in in the region of 4 months ago and had a few proublems that own not gotten fixed until a few days ago and they got fixed by me and it be taken off my rent. There are roaches surrounded by my apartment (i have bait traps, they just help a little) and my wife is pregnant. I know that isnt suitable for her or the soon to be born baby. The basements are supposed to be locked but they are not and I go down there and in attendance is water adjectives over the place that is of late sitting and has be and will be for awhile. I am sure there is mold down in attendance and it is just to shadowy to see. I pay them river, sewer,trash each month and my hose down has be turned off twice explanation they didnt pay it ( i did take-home pay them). I just want to move out and carry a better place. Does anyone know how I can?
Answers: Take lots of pictures to back you up. Invite over a couple of culture you know that have a apt reputation in business, especially contained by the real estate flea market. Show them the conditions so that when you move(and do it quick!) you'll enjoy actual eye-witnesses to back you up. Document EVERYTHING and every penny you own spent. Take pictures, or video if you can of the basement and the roaches scurry about and anything that isn't present surrounded by a well-maintained apartment. Don't pay them another penny of rent and get hold of out! Get the names of these companies that they're supposed to be paying, and see if they'll permit you have a narrative of payments made and when.Get cancelled checks of your payments and the due date of the bill and when they finally paid it. Keep a narrative of every time your water,etc.be interrupted. If they take you to court(or YOU thieve THEM) you'll have plenty on your side within hard copy and personal accounts from your eye-witnesses.
If the innkeeper gives you a doomed to failure time after you do what was suggested above, you can christen the health Dept. They most of the time can create for a while pressure.
