I have 2-zoned grease heat (hot dampen baseboards) in my investigational house. One zone for upstairs and I downstairs. My hot water worked great the first few months I moved contained by. It was really hot and never seem to run out in both my upstairs and downstairs bathroom shower. Now that I turned my steam on the hot water seem to run out after a few minutes in my upstairs bathroom. And it take about 10 minutes to take warm contained by my downstairs bathroom. I was told I wold hold an almost endless supply of hot marine wit the setup i have. Any accepted wisdom why this is happening? Is it due to the bake being on? Is it $$$ to achieve fixed?
Answers: It sounds like the system is lower than sized. That is a frequent occurence. Most dealers/installers guess at the size of unit to install and regularly guess wrong. The only undemanding non expensive way to fix the problem is to install small local electric deand heaters within the baths.
