Turn to the Plumber section contained by the Yellow Pages, and pick a plumber. Call one and ask them to do the job.

Seriously, you'll capture water everywhere if you do it yourself.

Answers:    It's not difficult at all, first you'll call for a flathead screwdriver, next turn sour the valve below the sink. Unscrew the knob and take out the tap inside, you can take this to the hardware store so they can achieve you the exact washer you need. Just don't forget to turn past its sell-by date the valve below the sink before you start.
