Well, if you want to go and get their attention... Mention serving their Contractors bond in court. If they truely didn't complete their contract near you, you can take their bond and put them out of business.
Call Homes on Homes.
Not entirely sure what you have done. Nor the price you where charged. If the contractor did not complete the living you can and should get investigational estimates from other contractors and see what the cost would be to finish the job. And get hold of there estimate of what the duty that was done would own cost.
Then call the contractor rear legs and send them a follow up epistle about you distress. If they will not complete the job call for an attny for further assistance he can write them a letter.
Answers: Was there a contract? Look closely at the language of the contract, or perhaps hold a lawyer look at it. If in attendance was no contract, you may be contained by trouble because it will be difficult to prove that they did not fulfill their obligation to you and your project.
If you cannot work it out beside the company first, by approaching the owner/supervisor in friendly, non-confrontational vocabulary, then do the following:
1) Call the Better Business Bureau and record a complaint with them.
2) Contact a legal representative.
3) Spread the word about this company, so that others do not grasp fooled by their sham.
