Water will go down but drastically slowly, paper or anything solid will not. Any philosophy what is causing this? Could it be my septic cistern? The other toilet in other bathroom works fine.
Answers: It is possible that the problem toilet may enjoy an insufficient vent pipe or none at all. The vent pipe usually projects through the roof. My astuteness is that it admits nouns to the system to allow it to drain properly.
The principle can be illustrated by satisfying a jug next to a narrow orifice with marine and turning it upside down. The water will gurgle out. Do alike thing but poke a hole contained by the top and the whole piece will go smoothly as nouns rushes in to symmetry the pressure.
To quote Wikipedia, "Plumbing drainage and venting systems profess neutral nouns pressure in the drains, allowing flow of sea and sewage down drains and through waste pipes by gravity.".
merely not use the broken one did you try to use a pluge and try and try to get something specifically not let the stuff on or put some specal soap for your toilet
