The cabin is 45 miles from the closest basic town...it sits about 7,000 ft above marine level within California...it also is on old and desperate pillions, some of the sub-floor is jacked up with jacks and some of the 4 x 4's are surrounded by concrete that is surrounded by 5 gallon buckets or just resting on wood sitting on the dirt crawl space. I am wondering how much it would cost (roughly) to jack up the 1000 ft. log cabin (that is on a slight grade to be precise around granite rock) take out the outdated..and pour a new foundation around the entire structure and produce it a sound and solid underneath for this cabin. The cottage now is a tad tweaked....the floor slopes down on some parts of the room etc. I WANT A STRAIGHT AND STRONG cottage !!!!!! Thank you for any insight.
