my hot water works fine...ac great...but important heat doesn't seem to be working. Thermostat reading is working but 'cool air" is coming out instead of "hot" air. any foundation or suggestion this may occur?
Answers: Since everything else works your contol voltage and controls seem to be to be ok. Now it narrows it down to any electric supply for the heat strips which is seperate-check the warmth strip breakers(when a strip shorts out it will flip the breaker) Or if it is a gas unit is the gas on and is the vent supporter coming on prior to the ignighter. The unit will not ignite if within is a problem with any one. I would need more details to dogmatic it down further.
Without more about the type of heat system, it is hard to vote. You can find troubleshooting guides and info about the different types at my source.
