Answers: Check the shut off valve under the sink, typ. the hot is on the vanished. See if it is shut off. If it is initiate and you still get cold hose, it may be that the kitchen sink is quite a distance from the hose heater and it will own to "drain" away a lot of cold hose before the hot river shows up.
sounds like someone hooked up the plumbing wrong
