I have constructed an contained by ground swimming pool of size 20 x 10 x 5' deep short carrying out plumbing for bottom drainage/ skimmer for filteration & re-circulation of water. I own built this pool adjacent to an existing out door wet fountain giving a cascading effect for re-circulation of wet.

I need guidance to provide filter etc. I propose to use canvas/polyester filter for filteration near cleanout window for cleaning. Can somebody guide me?

Run a 2" PVC pipe to divergent corners of the pool and down the corner to near the bottom. Put a 90 level ell on both pointed toward the center. Connect your pump and filter system to these pipes, one for suction and the other for supply. And I'd use a sand filter rather than the canvas/polyester piece.
This method is used for pools when the lines freeze from the bottom drain, skimmer, and supply and there is concrete preventing other methods.
